I am an interdisciplinary scholar of Latin America, media, social movements and feminisms. Born and raised in Mexico, I will complete my Ph.D. in American Studies at Yale University with a Certificate in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies in Spring 2024.

Currently, I am Research Associate Fellow at the Five College Women Studies Center (FCWSC) in Amherst, Massachusetts where I have presented my work to public audiences, organized roundtables on global south feminisms, workshops on reproductive justice in Latin America, and participated in panels on diversity. From 2022 to 2023 I was a Diversity Predoctoral Fellow at the MIT School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at the Program in Women and Gender Studies.
